When Santa wants to relax in the summer, he comes here to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city life. There is complete privacy.  A short stroll through the woods and down a gentle 300 foot long ramp gets you to a secluded beach where you can watch the eagles soar and the whales breach. At night, flick a switch and you are in the middle of the enchanted Christmas forest.  The cottage rents for $100/night on week days and $150/night on weekends.  Maximum occupants is 4 people.
